I downloaded the FC2-DVD-i386.iso file and mounted it on my on another FC2 Server with anonymous FTP accesible...

i planned to install the other PC with via anonymous FTP.. coz my downloaded FC2 4 CD is damage, and another reason, lazy to wait there to change the CD and the rest of the PC don't have DVD Drive.


i use the FC2 Disc 1 to boot the installation system with: linux text expert
and selected FTP as installation method..
everything goes find untill the system come to the loading package header..

it says that the system failed to load the package header ..
i examine it on the setup console .. (Alt-F3 if not mistaken) ..
it says there cannot change directory to /fc2/Fedora/base/hdlist

but when i check thru the server with FTP command.. the file is there...
but the only diffrent is the hdlist is a file instead of directoy.. is it a Redhat mistake ?

or i mouted the image wrongly ?
