Unhappy 64 bit problem with /sbin/loader

I downloaded the 64 bit iso images and burned them to cd.
I started the load process on my 64 bit machine but because
I partitioned it all in Windows XP x64 the load failed.

When I deleted an empty partition and tried to reload my machine locks up at "running /sbin/loader.

It has an error just before that that it cannot set TTY.

I have re-downloaded the iso file for disk 1 and re-burned it twice and I get the same result.

Any help would be appreciated.
