YUM repositories: Syntax

I decided to go here, since Linpus is based on Fedora and uses the same package manager: How are new repositories enabled in YUM?

Since I am used to APT Lines, how different is YUM's syntax, and how are new repositories installed?

this is not 100% true ,it was based on fedora8 but only very loosely .
the fedora 8 rpm's WILL KILL a linpus install

use the directions on the linpus web site and install ONLY the limpus packages.
and look here
