yum, local install and public key

How do I install local RPMs with yum without the process stopping with message Public key for xxxxx is not installed?
Is there some setting which turns of the key checking or is there some key for all local installs?

if you want to open your system up to dodgy files and breaking stuff, just set gpgcheck=no in yum.conf.
