wine with a Dell 110L bug need help
hey everyone
im new to Linux and :confused: im sure this has probly been beaten to death alrdy but i am curently running FC6 on my Dell 110L i installed Wine threw yum and when i tryi to run anything in it it bugs up . thik its my video card but not sure this is what im running Intell Pentium M Processor 1.7GHZ memory 494MB available *working on getting that up to a Gig* Video card is a Tungsten Graphics Inc Mesa DRI intel (R) 915GM 20050225 x86/MMX/SSE2 Video ram 8MB *i think i can tweek that a bit* Driver 1.3 Mesa 6.5.1 running Kernel 2.6.19-1.2895.fc6 X version Xorg Version 7.1.1 ok now whats happening when i go to start any wine based operation *winecfg regedit ect* the window pops up but just has a out liine of what ever it poped on top of, i'v looked in what forms i could on related insidences but none of the fixes worked. the other thing that may happen is say i get the redgedit to pop up *only one that works relitivy eachtime* when i go to move somthing acros it or just minimiz it it becomes un usable and i have to force a shut down. it says i fail the libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x5b libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x5b when i boot into winecfg thew comandline then the window pops up and im looking at the title bar and border of the Winecfg window but with a pic of my console in it heres another off thing.. if i go to winehq and get the source and compile it ext i pass one of the LibGL warnings but not the other it i do # glxinfo | grep "direct rendering" it is suported im at a loss .. what configureation do i need to change any help will be aperichiated |
