Windows Preview feature of Compiz Fusion

When I minimize the window (program), there is no live thumnail, but instead only plain notice in the bottom bar in gnome. Is everyone having this problem?

Smile Normal behaviour

This is normal behaviour, when a program is minimized it stops updating visually so that means you can't have a preview. Try other compiz plugins that show live previews after you minimize a program, you'll just get nothing where the preview should be.
