Will this work with Linux?

I am about to buy this keyboard, and I was wondering if the fingerprint reader would work with Linux, or if anyone had written or is writing a driver for it.

you'll probably need to find a driver for that

sdat1333; check that kybd against mdk,s hcl & lqo,s hcl for compatibility with os. that way avoid
problems.

if you're going to get it anyway, here's what u should do to see if u can get it working. you should get a knoppix cd, (to find it search knoppix on google) and then start it up. If knoppix is able to detect it, and it works, then there is a driver for it. to find out what module it is, in the cmd line in knoppix, type : hwd -e or hwd its either one of those. If it doesnt work in knoppix, then ur out of luck

I already have a knoppix cd, so as soon as i get the keyboard, I'll post and say wether or not it works. might be about a month tho b4 I go out and get the keyboard.
