Post Why does my screen scroll after installation of Fedora?

After I installed RedHat Fedora Core 2, the screen doesn't seem to fit the monitor. The screen scrolls to view the whole page. I am unable to find any settings in the GUI, so it must be config files or something? I am using a ATI Radeon 7000 64 MB AGP video card. The monitor is an Envision 910e. It supports up to 1600x1200. I am migrating from RedHat 9 and thought it should be pretty easy. I think it may have something to do with my xorg.config file, but I am still learning the OS. Any one else had this problem or know how to fix it?
