where is the wireless connection log

Hello,
I am using fedora 17 KDE and the wireless connection keeps dropping for no reason so I want to know where is the log so I can know what is going wrong.

Thanks.

ps: the connection is stable on Windows.

I am not aware of any logging specifically for WiFi, but you would probably want to start by looking at the system log; generally located at /var/log/syslog.

The log file is /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log but there is no timestamp in the file

is there a way to add a timestamp from now on?
