Question Where is apt & Synaptic

Where do i get apt-get and Synaptic for Fedora Core 1?I did my update and
add and can`t find it?I then used yum which kooked for apt-get,apt,then
Synaptic.It said it did not find them.I have used Dabian in the past so i have grown accustomed to apt-get.Read where Anaconda my soon be available to Debian and that promted me to try Fedora on one of my
computers.So far so good.
