What program will make posters?

Is there a program on the Fedora DVD which will make posters, banners, signs, and so forth? I'm looking for a substitute for PrintMaster. I'm unable to post the link since I don't have five posts, but you can go to broderbund.com and do a product search for PrintMaster for an overview of it. So far I haven't had any luck. It needs to be easy to use; my mother will be using it. I appreciate any suggestions you can make.

Have u tried installing it through Wine/Crossover Office? Maybe you might be able to get it to work.
Anyways, maybe do a yum search for crafts, or poster, or something like that. Anyways, sorry I couldn't be of any more help
