None of the Fedoras come with a DVD player. All of Fedora is open source and the libraries to play DVDs are not. There are plenty out there, mplayer, Xine...... I have been using vlc, video lan client, for no real reason. It seems to work all right. You can use it to stream over your lan but I've yet to try it. It's too easy to just use the DVD settop box connected to my television or a local computer. You can get them all in rpm form I think.
Cheers
