want to convert LVM physical volume to ext3 or vfs

i use a fedora core 4 & xp on the system.
i have 3 20gb each volumes of xp i mounted all of them in linux but i am only able to read the volumes i use a ntfs utility to do it.
i have an LVM physical volume so i cant use it from xp so how to convert LVM to ext3

As far as I understand you cannot convert back to a standard ext3 partition from a LVM partition without destroying the data in it.
When LVM is setup its metadata is LVM and then you have to 'size' mountpoints from inside the LVM partition and format them as ext3.
The LVM mountpoints are along the lines of:-
Type mount at the command prompt and see what is in the LVM.
Sorry but I have limited knowledge, I understand it as Dynamic Disks on Win2k & XP.
