volume and lisa

Two simple questions:
Where is the volume control in KDE? (Like in Gnome theres the volume control where I have to increase the PCM sliders to increase the volume) and is the daemon Lisa a front end to samba? In other words I had a hard time configuring samba to see shares in win98 but was successful in configuring lisa in KDE and that works.

To change the volume, run Sound & Video / KMix. It will then put an icon in the tray.

Lisa allows you to browse other computers' shares on your network. It doesn't allow you to share from the LInux box... You still need to set-up Samba to allow Windows boxen to get access to the Linux box.
