using RPM

Is there a way to run rpm-install-package from gui in Fedora instead
of doing it from the command line rpm -ivh package ?
Using it in KDE.

Thanks

Doubble click on an RPM file and when it askes "Open with:" type system-install-packages and you can also select "Remember application association..".

If you are using Fedora Core 2 you won't be able to use "Add/Remove Packages" but you can use apt+synaptic for uninstalling like in this post explained:
