User identification number assigning
 
Dear All

In Fedora Core 9 operating system I can create a user with UID_NUMBER below than specified in /etc/login.defs.

Such as in Fedora Core 9 there is a entry like UID_MIN = 500 but I can create a user like useradd -u 300 test_user with no problem. But in previous versions to create a system user it needs -r parameter.
