Never tried any but I believe the Adaptec ones work fine. Check your local circuit city or bestbuy or from there site with the ones they carry then use the HCL above to see if there are any reviews on them.
Hi - after a bit of searching, it looks like the combo ones with built in firewire are most likely to _not_ work - the information may be old, I don't know - but I found a couple of USB 2.0 only cards as newegg that specifically state Linux support, so I'm giving one of them a shot.
