UDEV error question.

About every other boot, I get message(s) to the the following effect:
Starting UDEV:
udevd-event(xxx) run-program resize 256 too short.

(udevd-event(xxx) line coould be one or several)

When this happens sometimes sound-- and maybe other things that I have noticed -- does not work.

Questions:

* What does this mean?
* How can this be corrected?
* Lastly where are these meesages logged?

I use FC6 upgraded from FC5 + all the updates with a X86-64 kernel.

Hello mpajoh,

I don't know what this means I'm afraid but have you considered filing a bug? The bugzilla at bugzilla.redhat.com has always been very informative for me in the past. Just a thought.

Regards
Chris
