My FC7 DVD will not boot up for a fresh install. I can get to grub but do not have the steps or commands to run the install from the command line.
Can someone help me out?

Is your DVD booting from a CDrom/DVD drive or attempting to boot from harddrive?
hold down F9 key at boot startup and select to boot from CDROM.

Or Tab/Del -key, or something else to get to the Bios menu. What key your machine uses is mentioned on your screen for a second while booting, yust before grub comes up. On my machine: "Press Del to enter setup".

There is the software for your machine. And there you have to configure the bios so that your machine will boot from CD/DVD. If You set sequense CD/DVD first and Harddrive next, then it will try to find bootable files on your CD/DVD drive first, and if nothing there, it will boot from boot sector on mentioned harddrive (This is the most common setup for a PC today), where it will find Grub in your case.
