Time problem

Time is not being shown correctly even when Internet is connected.
When I even go to adjust section, make it connect to ntp (which is default.), it shows same time. But correct time is displayed when i unclick the box of 'use UTC' on preference. **USE utc is clicked on ntp section of adjust section.

Did you make sure to properly choose your timezone? e.g eastern time, etc...
