Taking a Screenshot

So I wanted to post a picture of my desktop in the Linux section - but now I remember, I have no clue how that is done...

That takes me to www.google.com/linux and found this URL but starts talking about Samba and other stuff I am very lost about.

The Link

Is there maybe something I can do straight from KDE?

Thanks for any info
