Sound disabled after KDE login


Hi

My sound was working fine after the installing the fedora core 2 under gnome. But after I logged in the KDE, all the sound are disabled in both KDE and gnome.
Any idea?

I have the same problem in FC2 and when I install kernel 2.6 in FC1.

What is your solution? Please share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
