Small Fedora 13

Hi All,

I want to use Fedora13 for one of Enterprise application on which following application will run:
1. squid.
2. apache server + PHP.
3. mysql.

*No other applications are needed.
i want to create custom iso image which can perform installation automatically (automatic partitioning and other things).

How i can do this?
Please help me.

Hi

You either need ISO remastering or automated installation, or both.

For the first one, you could use Revisor. For the latter, you could learn about Kickstart scripting. Please Google for further info for both of them

DO NOT use fedora 13. It is past it's END OF LIFE
there is and NEVER will be any support for it ever again
it is DEAD !!!

you might want to look into using RHEL6 . It is not free but has a 7 year life span .

Use CentOS 6: Red Hat software without the Red Hat bill to pay. The installer gives you the option to pick a specific server configuration (general, database, or web) or to do a custom install: basic system (no GUI) and pick your own programs off the disk. It would be just what you need. I tried it when it came out and once I'd got over a little confusion over the fact that customisation implied a minimal base installation I was very impressed:
