setup X in command line

Hi!

How can I setup X in command line in Fedora. xf86config seem to be missing. I think it is somewhere in /usr/X11R6/bin. Do I have to edit /etc/X11/xf86config manually in Fedora?

A little more info??

Did you use the graphical install?
does /etc/X11/XF86config have your hardware setup?
what kind of hardware do you have?

what happens if you run startx?

I used text based install when I setup Fedora because the install process did not seem to be able to start in GUI setup. But I installed without any problem. It is just I miss the command line based xf86config that I used when I was using RedHat 8.0. May be I would need the command line based xf86config when my X fail to start properly after installing new graphic card driver later on. It's just as preparation for the any problem that may occur.

I'm using ASUS GeForce 2 MX v7100. I'm currently using the driver provided by ASUS in its official website and it is working well. I've tried the following commands:

xf86config
xfree86config
xf86configurator
xfree86configurator
XFree86Config
XF86Config
and so on...

Is there any extra package that I need to install to have that command line based xf86config?
