Setting up apt-get mirror for classroom training

In teaching Linux, I am interested in having the students do a minimum install and an apt-get mirror in the classroom. Can anyone point me to a howto, web site, or know how to set one up?
Appreicate.

not to hard

Basically you just set up an rsync mirror, i've done this for the gentoo portage system.

Here's a link with some instruction for doing this under apt-get - http://www.debianplanet.org/node.php?id=375
