Screen pixelated??

Ok I think the term is pixelated.... I am running Fedora 37 with the Mate desktop. I haven't tried others and maybe will soon. Having said that I did try the live usb and it still did it. I have a GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile graphics card and an integrated amd integrated graphics card. I am not sure which one my laptop is using though as the system monitor lists AMD Radeon Graphics (rembrandt, LLVM 15.0.7, DRM 3.49, 6.2.12-200.fc37.x86_64) as my graphics card. LSPCI does show that linux sees the geforce card though. As far as I know I am running the latest/ best drivers.

Though not exclusive this is largely seen in video playing. Youtube/ VLC etc.

Sorry for the poor picture. I tried to take a screen shot but the pixelation would not show in the screenshot so I took a picture with my tablet. If needed I can try to take a better picture when the sun is up tomorrow.

Same

I had the same issue with Fedora 37. I just upgraded to Fedora 38. I haven't noticed it yet. Maybe it's fixed?

I'm also using Mate+Compiz with nVidia 3060 Mobile.

Thank you. I guess I'll have to live with it.For reasons probably best left out here I am stuck on 37 for the time being but at least I know that the issue has a probable coming end when I can upgrade.
