Reinstalling on Fedora Core

Has the Fedora Core Community figured out how to fix the Install problem in the add/remove packages area?

I just bypass the problem by using CLI rpm and kpackage. Since Fedora does not include kpackage in the distribution I created a Fedora rpm that contains kpackage.
