Re: Fedora Core 4 beta 1 and NVIDIA drivers

Hey all, I just installed fedora core 4_1 last night, the nvivia drivers installed fine, xorg.conf is fine boots to dual screen but it kinda hangs at the nvidia splash screen and goes all fuzzy, anyone else had problems with the nvidia drivers in this release?

I can't speak for FC4_1, but I do know that nVidia has problems on some systems that have xorg-lib-MesaGL installed. I personally removed this from my FC3 to prevent hanging on that screen.

*Don't know if that is the actual name of the package...not at my Linux machine at the moment*
