Question About Runlevels

When I use Fedora (usually any version) the GUI that I use to setup my runlevels is (on KDE) System Settings -> Server Settings -> Services. However, the only item in that menu for some reason is NFS. I have EVERYTHING installed (when i installed it i chose everything). Can anyone tell me the command line to get that program? (i don't want to use chkconfig) Thanks.

you can (only if loged in as root, no "su" command in a regular user) use "telinit", or "init" in root. (both those will work in Red Hat, and Fedora, but I believe telinit is the one you use.

O, I just looked at my Red Hat 9 system, I know what you mean, but I don't remember seeing that in Fedora Core 1 or 2. Sry.

You can use chkconfig on the commandline.

my suggestion would be to reinstall the rpm that installs that program. I don't know which one it is so I'll leave that up to you. When you find it just do an "rpm -ihv --force <packagename>.rpm" . Since it is already installed you'll probably have to do a "--force".

I can't offer any help, but if you go to GNOME you will have the service your looking for.
