Printing Legal format in OO-3

In FC8 or FC10 OO-spreadsheet or Writer, even if you do settings in OO at Format > Page > Page and set format to 81/2X14, port or lanscape, then do a print in Cups > Properties , it still has no selection for Legal or 81/2X14 settings and you can't print 81/2X11 pages.
Printer is a Epson Stylus Photo RX595 with latest Pipslite-1.3.0-2 driver from Epson.
Doesn't CUPs control paper size print ??

What is Wrong ??

WARNING !!
When using the PIPSLITE drivers from Epson download.
They are not putting in their drivers the feature to print in the "Legal 81/2X14 mode"
Luckly Gutenprint had a driver for a Stylus Photo RX595 and Fedora didn't in FC10.
