plasma desktop crashed
 

i have fedora 10 installed for some time now.

last night i just reduced my screen resolution to 800*600 and made the refresh rate to 85 Hz from 1024*768 and 60 Hz. changes did take place but suddenly the ¨plasma desktop¨ crashed.

can you please help in bringing it back.........

also that when i restarted my computer i found no plasma desktop and the screen resolution was same as before(1024*768) with refresh rate 60 Hz.

so how can i fix the problem.

i want a screen resolution of 800*600 with refresh rate 85 Hz and also a plasma desktop.
