im very new to linux and i have a coupple of diffeculties. I uploaded a backup of phpmyadmin to my new dedicated server. I have installed all LAMP (I think). But as I want to loggin to phpmyadmin I get

What do I do to get access to the login screen?
Second:
How on earth do i make email accounts, so that i can send and receive emails trough the server. I thought it would be very easy but I just cant find an explanation of how it actually works..
third:
is there something i can install (wasn't able to install ispconfig, because of some errors i couldn't resolve, and don't have the errors available to copy here) to see web stats, and overall have an easier way of controlling my webserver.
