Hello,
I got Fedora setup on one of my computer for one week and I am using mainly KDE, but some of my friends told me that the support for KDE might not be the best under Fedora ???
I know that Gnome is the default and that Fedora help in its devlopment but still for me (on my config) KDE is working much faster than gnome and I was able to customyze it as I wanted...
So here is my question : do I have to expect some limitations using KDE with Fedora does the performance are not as good as on some other distributions ? I am wondering and would like to be sure that I will not have issues using KDE, otherwise I might switch to gnome it is not too late since it just make one week that I got Fedora setup, but I don't want to face issues in one month when I will be used to it with all my customyze stuff in place
. I personnlay prefer KDE to gnome so I hope I will be able to continue to use it!
The fact that gnome seams to be slower than KDE is that normal or just specific to my hardware ? I got an old AMD duron 1300 Mhz with 372 Mo of RAM.
Thank's in advance for your feedbacks...
