" Not able to send mails with TLS security "


Dear forum members,
We are not able to send mails to the servers with TLS security. We are getting the following error message

" TLS not available: connect timed out
> > > > I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too "

I dont have much idea on TLS security, which stopped me to take any action reg this problem. Pl suggest me the possible solutions for resolving the problem.
