No video "no screens found"

Hi all,

I'm a newbie and I thought it would be very easy to install Fedora Core 2 on a new Dell GX270, but I get "no screens found" error message when trying to start X.

I've had this problem too. I'm not sure, but by me it helped with removing my graphics card (a Radeon 7000) and let Linux use the one on the motherboard. Afterwards I reconfigured some stuff (I don't know anymore what exactly I've done) and installed the Radeon DRI drivers from dri.sourceforge.net. When I plugged in my Radeon, everything worked fine.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this is the built in video card- Intel 845GL I believe.

I'm still trying to fix, so anyone out there want to help......?
