no uninstalled packages in my rpmdatabase, using apt...

Hi all,
I just noticed that all the packages that aren't installed are not in my rpm-database anymore... Synaptic says i have 966 packages listed, and 965 installed. In the "not installed" section, there is cpuburn and that's all, no kde-stuff, no other progams...

I tried running:
$ rpm --rebuilddb
$ apt-get clean
$ apt-get update

i tried removing the items in /var/state/apt/lists/ and doing apt-get clean, but it still doesn't work...

I'm getting desperate... can someone please help me?
