No Printer, Troubleshoot.txt Log

F17/ KDE Fresh Install and Updated

I have a Samsung Printer I can't get it to Print on a HP box.

I have same Printer Driver working on two other F17 Boxes on same Network setup.

See Troubleshoot.txt Log below. From system-config-printer.

I have found out that Cups can't find Printer Samsung-CLX-3170 Default.

Running a Print Job it say it is " Data file sent successfully".

So the print job is sent but cups Debug has "can't find a Printer"
And I haven't the slightest on how to troubleshoot the problem.

Network printer setup lpd://192.168.1.127/PASSTHRU .

I can ping 192.168.1.127 and get no dropped packets.

I can do a http://192.168.1.127 and get into the Printer Setting.
