New shared folder to serveral users

I was creating a folder inside /home and some time was used for a samba user called 'admn' The fordel shared is /home/prog
Now I want to share same 'prog' folder with others samba users. Some other can connect to but can´t write. Wich parameters need to run with chmod command to enable another users of same group?

chmod g+w folder,

but check the samba permissions in the config file for that share, and make sure others can access it as well.

example,

[sharing]
comment = people stuff
path = /home/samba/sharing
valid users = @mygroup
public = no
writable = yes
printable = no
create mask = 0660
directory mask = 0770
force group = mygroup
