network to windoz


hi
Im using fedora 7_64 kde having troubles conecting to my other pc running win cant figure out how
I have been using Gnome with that its easy simple dust dubble click on computer network ect ect **
or do the connect to server opt it works great (in Gnome )
but I need to use a program that needs kde so I have to use kde from now on

You can run KDE apps on Gnome desktops as long as the needed KDE libriares are installed. Same applies for Gnome apps on KDe and any X window maker.

I have an icon on the desktop (installed itself) which says network. There I can see all the "legacy computers" I couldn't convert yet as they are used for gaming.... Not sure but I think you have to have Samba client installed.
