NEED HELP - - Yum is not executing appropriately

I am having extreme difficulties executing yum without receiving error responses.

Any help provided is greatly appreciated.

I have done the following:

I am not exactly sure what the problem is but any help is appreciated.

I have viewed other postings on this topic but none have been helpful.

Thanks

# JPackage is a GREAT repository for Java Software.
# However, you may have to compile some SRPMs to use it,
# so it's commented out by default. See
