Need Help: Stupid Windows

I have a laptop, and I dont have a 3.5 disk drive, I had to reinstall Windows XP Pro and it overwrote GRUB, how do I boot into linux and re-install grub?

boot floppy or live cd, google it.

fine. boot it, mount your partitions, and chroot.
