Nautilus Computer doesn't show cifs mounts from fstab

The nautilus "computer" does't show CIFS mounts that I've entered in fstab. It only shows physical mounts (local hard disk and CD-rom drive) not network mounts. I can access the mount by browsing to /mnt/<network share folder> but the nautilus trash can isn't supported.

This used to work on my old Fedora8 system, and I've found this bug for Fedora9 posted on Redhat Bugzilla.

Can anyone help resolve this issue with Fedora11?

Many thanks
