Nautilus burn image fails blank CD detection

FC 6 Nautilus 2.16.2

I can burn no problem with CLI cdrecord.

But when I try Nautilus "burn image", it selects the correct drive but keeps requesting load blank CD.

drive per cdrecord -scanbus

Update the firmware for the device;

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/FIR...ware-106.shtml

Your current version 1.0C is a bit old. Follow the download link to get the updated firmware. Sorry, you will need a version of Windows to update.

Most people prefer k3b over Nautilus for burning CD/DVD's BTW. it should be installed already, if not; yum install k3b

.
