My FTP Project
 

i want to do a little FTP project with my fedora core 2 but i don't know how to run a FTP serve on linux but i have a program named Serv-U that run on my windows box but i want to start FTP my stuff on my linux box. So is there any other program i can download and run a Ftp but i don't want to pay 4 it i just want to run the FTP sever off of my linux box.

vsftpd is probably included in fedora (that's your distro, right?), but i'm not sure...

anyways, it's regarded as one of the best ftp servers, and it's actually simple to set-up...

Fedora comes with an ftp server, vsftpd, there is also ProFTPd
