moving mozilla Bookmarks and Addressbook from Windows

how do i move Mozilla Bookmarks and Addressbook from Windows 98 to Mozilla in Fedora5. What is the name of files we save from Wlndows 98.

in windows, do start>search>"bookmarks" will tell you where your book marks file is. copy it to a floppy, take it to your linux box, open mozilla File>import and you take it from here.

If you have a FAT32/vfat partition you can have them share the same profile. I assume by Mozilla you mean Firefox.

Load "firefox --profilemanager" and create a new profile. There will be an option of where you want the profile created. Point that to the directory with the profile you want to use.

if the windows partition is mounted then in fc5 following can be done
open firefox -> Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks. This will open an inerface. In that File -> Import & select import from file, & point it to(/mnt/your-c-dir) C:\program files\mozilla firefox\profiles\defaults\bookmarks
this will import your windows bookmarks to firefox running in linux

Edit: For the addressbook, locate a file with .wab extention in windows and import to your mail client
