Try
Code:
mount mountpoint
on command line, where mountpoint is the mount point you like to have it mounted to (i.e. /mnt). If it's prevented (you need to be root), use either sudo or add the user to a group that has access to mounting devices. From graphical user interface exactly the same is done (mounting), it's just done when you click the icon.
