missing xsltproc on fc4


I'm trying to install a package that use xsltproc
For some reason it is missing on my fc4.
yum seach doesn't find it

Any ideas please?

xsltproc is provided by the libxslt package.

but i did:

yum list libxslt
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Installed Packages
libxslt.i386 1.1.14-2 installed

and /usr/bin/xsltproc is not present
