mirror rootvg

Hello, I have a fedora 6 box that I need to do something similar to a mirrorvg. Is this possible? Everything on the system is under / with no other file systems. is this possible using lvm or someother tool? I am not that familiar with Fedora and have searched but have come up empty. Thanks
