making a program in Eclipse
I don't know much about making programs in Linux, so that's why I'm asking this. On a different distro on a different computer I remember using Eclipse to make a simple C++ program. It worked fine. Now I tried it on FC5's Eclipse and I can't seem to get it to work. How do you get a simple program to compile and run USING ECLIPSE? I don't want answers using the console because I want ease of use and just pressing a button will be faster than doing it from a console. I'm just a noob at C++ and am just finishing an introductory class in it but we used .NET. We aren't far enough yet to have deviated too far from real C++ so I know my code should work.
Can someone help me please? I just want to run one C++ file that says like cout << "Hi!"; for instance.
