I am trying to install LinNeighborhood in FC2. I have tried installing the RPM. I have also tried to install the binary. I run into dependency problems either way. I also tried to install via apt-get, without luck. From looking at other posts, it appears that some people have been able to install LinNeighborhood, How did you do it?
LinNeighborhood, first and foremost, depends on SAMBA (the client)? Did you install this when you installed FC2?
Would you please try again to install the RPM (which is a binary, btw), and post the list of failed dependencies? That would be the easiest way to help you solve them (by knowing what they are in the first place).
